Samuel Wells

(Former) Research Assistant, Transform911

Samuel Wells is a Research Assistant for the Health Lab’s Transform911 Initiative. His research interests include examining the critical role that the U.S. plays in building institutions and upholding the rule of law. Sam is working to earn a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, for which he has paired coursework in American politics with world politics, economics, bioethics, and data analytics.
