He has a diverse background covering 35 years in public service and global engagement, including public policy, community development, media relations, information and communications technology advocacy, economic development, and international relations. He is a former American enforcement and intelligence agent and has headed a series of programs and organizations directed at public sector and emergency services efforts, with a focus on the technologies that enhance these vital interests.
George holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Alvernia University in Reading, Pa. and a CPM in Public Management from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
